Educational Qualification: A President Scout/ Guide/ Rover/ Ranger or Himalayan Wood Badge and should have been active member of Scout & Guide organization for at least three years and should have attended at least one event at National level. Age Limit :Should be in between 18 – 33 years of age as on 01-07-2014.
