Durgapur Steel Plant is
located at Durgapur in the state of West Bengal It is one of the integrated plants of Steel
Authority of India. DSP Plant is the only steel plant in India which
produces train wheel for all the passenger cars like Rajdhani
train. DSP is equipped with all the modern and latest technologies
and machineries. It is an ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007
certified company.

invited by Durgapur Steel Plant for the recruitment of various posts of OCT,
ACT and Medical Service Provider. Interested Indian nationals who find

for Operator/ Technician ( Trainees ) in the department of
mechanical, electrical, metallurgy, civil, chemical and electronics
ü 61 vacancies are
for Attendant/ Technician ( Trainees ) in the trade of welder,
fitter, electrician an plumber
ü 12 posts are
for Medical Service Provider ( Trainees ) in the field of ECG, EEG,
TMT, OT, Optometry, Physiotherapy, Radiology and Blood Transfusion
ü 8 are for Medical
Service Provider ( Trainee ) in Nursing
ü 6 are
for OCT as Boiler Operation
ü 3 are for ACT as
Cable Jointing
Pay scale: Attendant/ Technician
will get salary under the pay scale of Rs.8630 – 3% – 12080/- under grade S-1
and rest of the positions are under the pay scale of Rs.9160 – 3% – 13150/-
under S-3 grade.
Age limit: Candidates applying
for the posts of Trainees should not be more than 28 years of age and maximum
age required for rest of the positions is 30 years.
Process of selection: Candidates has to
clear written test and interview for final selection.
