Education Qualification:
1. For Member of Faculty : Post graduate viz. MSW/M.A. in Rural Development/ M.A.in Sociology/ Psychology/ B.Sc. (Ag.)/ B.A. with B.Ed. etc shall have flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.
2. For Office Attendant post : Degree (BSW/ BA/ B.Com) with computer knowledge.
3. For Attendant post : 10th Class
4. For Counsellor : must be Retired bank officer & working experience in the rural branch and credit department.
Age Limit:
1. For Counsellor (F.L.C) : Max age is 65 years.
2. For Attendant : Max age is 30 years.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Interview. Minimum qualifying marks in the Interview will be 50% (50 out of 100 marks). Decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
