Who is Medical Officers: The medical officers or the physicians serve as consultants, advisers, and administrators. A medical officer is also known as a Health officer, medical officer for health or district health officer. Leaving the basic pay and other benefits the candidates also get a grade pay which is subjected to be around Rs 660 per month.

Responsibilities: The importance of a medical officer has always been worldwide. Their responsibility starts from diagnosing of the various diseases of the patients to the proper treatment of the patients – the officer has to keep themselves involved in every step of the treatment in the process of taking essential care of the patient.
