Department of water supply & Sanitation Punjab invites online applications from Indian citizens for filling the 150 vacancies of Junior Engineerand Junior Draftsmanpost. Interested Candidates may apply Online from 01st November, 2013 to 29th November,2013.

Name of post : 
1. Junior Engineer : 120
2. Junior Draftsman : 30

Age Limit : Candidates age should be between 18 years to 37 years . Age Relaxation will be applicable as per govt norms.
Educational Qualification :
1. For Junior Engineer post : Diploma/Degree in Civil /Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
2. For Junior Draftsman post : Certificate in Civil Draftsman by state board of technical Education and Diploma/Degree in Architecture.
Selection Process : Selection will be done basis of Merit list which will be prepared on calculating marks obtained in written test.
Pay Scale :
1. For Junior Engineer : Rs. 18,250 (Initial)
2. For junior Draftsman : Rs. 13,500 (Initial)
Application Fee : 
1. SC category Candidates need to pay Rs. 750/-.
2. All Others candidates need to pay Rs. 1000/-.

How to Apply : Candidates would be required to fill online application form through official website www.thapar.edulatest by 29th Nov, 2013. After applying online, Send the printout of the application form along with the other documents and fees to the In charge-DWSSP-cell, Thapar University, Patiala.
